Thank you to Nicole at tnicolej.blogspot.com for the Award. I haven't quite figured out how to post this on my blog permanently and it's one of the rules for accepting it:
1) make a post about the award, mentioning the person who gave it to you
2) put the award on your blog
3) Give award to 10 sweet bloggers
If I could, I would pick Nicole because I so love a good love story and that's what hers is. But I'm not supposed to so he's my pick for blogs I want to award (in no particular order) and why. Yes, they are mostly the ones I follow and there's a reason I do.
1. Crystal at ranchriding.blogspot.com
With 3 babies this year every picture is a winner. Her blog reflects what I happen to know is her favorite colour. I wish every one could know Crystal, she's a really kind, thoughtful kid (I'm so old everyone seems like a kid to me)
2. Linda at prairierunner.wordpress.com
Her pictures are spectacular, I think, especially the ones with her Bossman in (gotta love those cowboys). As busy as she is and as many people that follow her blog she always tries to respond to any questions or comments, and she is so talented.
3. Linda at me-lindag.blogspot.com
I just plain like Linda, we have so much in common it's almost uncanny. We live in different worlds but have kindred hearts.
4. Shirley at rideagoodhorse.blogspot.com
Just the pictures of her stallion, Beamer, alone would make the blog worth seeing but there is so much more eye candy (if you like horses) and of course, I have a soft spot for Collies and so does she. We share a deep reverence for our Maker.
5. The Wife at crazymranch.blogspot.com
This is a cute girl, a great photographer, with interesting, unusual cattle in love with a cowboy (make that a Bullboy). Her site is always a fun read.
6. Jennifer at ranchgirl on blogspot.com
Hers site is private but I wish everyone could enjoy what I get to. She is the wife of a real live working cowboy and mother to the cutest little Tadpole in the world and I smile every time I see those taco hats they wear down there.
7. Sherry at fernvalley01.blogspot.com
Pretty horses, pretty country, good hearted Sherry, who likes spots, I'm always interested on what is going on there.
This lady is a wealth of information on farm life. I always learn some thing there.
Just lately I found a young Alberta mom who is a really good story teller. Check this out for a good laugh: littleprairiebaby.blogspot.com/2010/06/its-circus-around-here.html
10. Janis at tailgait.blogspot.com
Want to see pretty country and pretty pictures, go to Vermont.
Congratulations and thank you to you all for making my life more fun.
