Ten till Five

10:00 AM to 5:00 PM might sound like a short work day but not so much when it's all a horseback, in the cold, rounding up missing bulls (I am soo sick of bulls) and helping the neighbor put his cows back that have been causing a big ruckus here (glad they are gone).

I'm crabby and don't have a spec of patience left. It's soak in lavender bubble-bath time.

A handful of Epsom Salts might help too.

I was showing my husband your pics and we are both in awe. The land is so vast and runs right to the sky. Just like the ocean.

Stay warm and enjoy your soak!~Ames

Nope--that does not sound like a good day...it would make me crabby too. Speaking from experience...a nice hot bath would help a lot!

Would love for you to stop over and say hi.:)

I hear that! Working horseback is much more exhausting than a regular town job. Doing anything with cows and horses, people just don't realize that it takes a lot of bodily effort!!
This post just hit me as I've been running all day, being personal groom for the child (WHEN will she be able to throw a saddle up on a 16 hh horse?!) and my day will last till 11 tonight, when we get home from the kids gymkhana and get everything fed. I'm ready for a quiet Sunday already....
